BIOLUMINESCENT

I
am writing this on behalf of my group. Our
cruise was wonderful and the highlight was our
Bioluminescent Bay trip. Edwin, our guide, was
funny, informative, friendly, and made each of
us feel very safe and welcome. We were a little
apprehensive in the beginning with everything
being so unfamiliar, but that feeling soon
disappeared as Edwin began the experience with
his wonderful personality! We had a great time!
All but one of our group went in the water and
loved every minute of it. It was a chance of a
lifetime for many of us, as these opportunities
don't come by often. Thank you for everything.
It was worth the trip (money wise) because they
- Edwin and the boat driver - went all out for
us and I believe went above and beyond in some
of the areas. All in all it was wonderful! |

Andrea, the trip was wonderful. I cannot say
enough positive things about our tour guide. He
was right where he was supposed to be, right on
time, and was very sensitive to the needs and
walking restrictions of my elderly parents. I've
booked many shoretrips before, and would always
book them as they are far superior to that
offered by the cruise lines. This one was no
exception. I had sung the praises of shoretrips
to my family, with whom I was traveling and I'm
happy that you didn't let me down.
Everyone in my party agreed that this was the
best tour we had taken on the trip. We saw a
very comprehensive look at the city of San Juan
and during the riding, Victor provided a lot of
information about the economy, people,
education, etc. of the island. He was wonderful
and we all agreed it was worth every penny of
the tour.
I especially recommend a private tour for any
family traveling with a group that doesn't fit
the cookie cutter mold of the typical tourist
from a cruise ship.
We had a wonderful time. I've probably booked a
half dozen other tours with your company and
would not hesitate to do so again. |

We had a great
time. The guide was there to greet us as soon as we got
off
the ship. It was Easter Sunday, so many of the stores were
closed. The
guide was excellent and we enjoyed our time with him. I
would recommend
this guided tour to anyone. |

The
El Yunque Rain forest was wonderful. On our
whole trip the rainforest was the only place it
rained. It was great for the kids. Our guide was
knowledgeable and we learned a lot. We
definitely would recommend this tour and we will
use ShoreTrips on our next cruise. Thanks for a
great tour. |

We
really enjoyed the old San Juan Biking
Adventure. Angie, our guide, could not have been
more accommodating and we loved her narration. El
Morro was very interesting, and what a view! The
biking was a little strenuous than expected, so
when we needed to stop and rest we would. We had
a snack and went on. They tailored the trip
around us when they realized some of us were
having a bit of a hard time. I work out, so I
was fine, after the tech adjusted my seat.
Having a tech riding along is a great asset! My
only problem was that I was a little leary on
the down hills. My family was conspiring against
me after the first 20 minutes, they were dying!
I think it was a combination of the heat and
humidity, along with exertion. My husband isn't
in the best of shape but he hung in there and
actually enjoyed it, my daughter is 18 and my
sons are 25 and 15, the 15 yr. old is always
active and he absolutely loved it! We took the
bikes back a few minutes early and Angie
escorted us shopping which was very helpful,
along with the maps of the shops that you had
sent to me. We went to the coffee museum to get
what we were told was the best coffee, but they
were closed. Angie talked them into opening the
gift shop for us!!! Afterwards, everyone was
glad that we did it the way we did. The
cruiseline offers a bike tour which is more
expensive, less time and the bikes aren't as
nice as yours. I have given your website to our
travel agent for recommendations. I will
definitely contact you for all future trips.
Thanks again for all your help to make our
cruise complete!
P.S. My older son wanted to take Angie home with
us, she is such a sweetie!!! |
