I would like to thank Shore Trips for making our vacation absolutely wonderful. Booking with Shore Trips was definitely the way to go. We still had the professionals that know where to go, how to get there, and what to do when you get there, but you don't have the crowds that you need to deal with when you book your activities thru the cruise line. Normally, they put you on a big bus with lots of other people and you need to deal with the long delays that you have with large crowds. We didn't experience any of that. Besides saving a lot of money, we were able to customize our excursions and enjoy it with just our family and friends. The directions you sent me were very helpful and we found the meeting place with no trouble at all. A short cab ride from the ship and we were there.
What an adventure. This was the first time that any of us (6 of us) have ever been parasailing. Needless to say, we were a little apprehensive, but we were all very anxious to try it. It was an experience none of us will ever forget. It was also not what I expected. I thought it was going to be a little scary, but not at all. The guide hooked me up to the parachute at the back of the boat and then the boat pulled away and I floated up, up and away. It was so beautiful up there. There was nothing scary about the ride. I also want to commend the guides. They were very patient and informative with all of us. My son and his girlfriend went up tandem. I would highly recommend checking out Shore Trips to anyone planning a vacation. The website has all the information that you are looking for with a nice detailed description of each excursion. Should you have any questions or need to talk to someone, they are just a phone call away. I needed to call to ask about ship time versus local time differences and was able to talk to a live person right away, who was able to answer all of my concerns.
Again, thanks for the experience and I will definitely check out what Shore Trips has to offer on our next vacation destination spot.

We had a great time! We had a guide all to ourselves for this trip and that was pretty cool, especially after having to take a ship tour the day before with way too many people on it! We actually saw more than the ship's tour of a jeep safari...we passed them on our way back. The lush jungles is more vegetation than actual jungle and I think this would have been awesome if we would have gone a little deeper into the jungle and maybe saw some more wildlife other than the lizards.
The beaches were private and good for beachcombing since a lot of stuff washes up from the ocean. Our guide, Heather, was knowledgeable and very friendly, and had relationships with the locals...we stopped to have a Mayan Indian local chop up a coconut and we drank the coconut milk and ate it as well. Overall, we had a great time and we'll definitely use you again on our next tour!

Overall we were very pleased with ShoreTrips and would use your company again and recommend it to our friends. The jeep tour was a lot of fun and it was only our two jeeps and two guides!! Renee and Heather were fantastic! The ride was a lot rougher than we thought - we went over long bumpy coral patches. It was fun though! The beach was beautiful and the water was gorgeous and clear. The lunch was great and the ruins were small, but interesting. Snorkeling was pretty good too. The guides were very upbeat and friendly and tried hard to make sure that we had a great experience. They really made the trip fun for us! Thanks for all your help and we look forward to doing business with you again in the future.

COZUMEL DEEP SEA FISHING

My ShoreTrips experience was excellent! Very professional, and courteous. I originally thought the trip was a little overpriced but it really was money well spent. As soon as we got off of the ship, my guide was standing out in front with a sign. It was really easy to spot him. When ShoreTrips was first introduced to our office, I was skeptical about using you. Now that I have seen firsthand how professional you are, I will have no problem selling you to my clients.

DUNE BUGGY SAFARI

We had a great time in Cozumel on the dune buggy trip. Our teenage boys had a great time driving us around the island and through those paths. We also liked the small group. Some of the other members of our party chose a tour through Carnival where they said there were about 80 people in their group. There was only 3 dune buggies in our group; One being ours and one being a friend of ours. Thanks so much for making our trip enjoyable!

MAYAN HORSEBACK RIDING EXCURSION

We certainly enjoyed our trip! The horseback ride was worth the money we paid. It was fun and the guide "Miguel" was interesting and very knowledgeable of the area and the Mayan Indians. We knew when booking the trip that the ruins would be small, but we enjoyed the history surrounding them. It was a different way to enjoy Cozumel.

My overall ShoreTrip was a lot of fun. The horseback riding was a blast and was definately worth the price. Our guide was very knowledgeable and super nice and had a lot of information to give us about the ruins we saw. Although I was expecting to see bigger ruins, we still enjoyed seeing them and the ride itself was great. We went through what would be a forest, I guess, that was beautiful with all kinds of lizards, butterflies and foliage. Then we got to cantor down the road with the horses which was an absolute blast!! I would definately go on this trip if I went back there and I will be telling all of my clients about ShoreTrips!

I had a great time on the "Swim with the Dolphins" and everything went very well. I can honestly say that it was the most fun I have had in years. I have not smiled and laughed that long in quite awhile. I would not hesitate to do it again! Beforehand, I was concerned with the cost, but after experiencing it, I can honestly say that it was worth every cent. I previously had two trips planned, but money concerns had us cancel one. I was worried about getting the credit posted to my credit card, but you all handled everything for me and it was an effortless transaction. First of all, I want to thank you so much for your assistance in changing the date of our ShoreTrip due to the rescheduling of ports in the aftermath of Hurricane Isidore. We had been looking forward to this excursion so much and we were all very excited our change in port dates did not cause us to miss this experience.
The six of us that went really did have the time of our lives. This was an experience unlike anything any of us have ever done before. The whole experience far exceeded any of our expectations. We were all left with a permi-grin the rest of the day. We had a lot more time in the water with the dolphins than we had expected. The staff at the dolphin facility were professional and a lot of fun. Scarlet & Apolo, our dolphins, were wonderful. I bought the film, which was a very professional production, and I am able to relive this experience at will. Also, the professional photos they took were well worth it as you cannot get close-up enough on the stunts with the waterproof cameras. Chankanaab Park was really beautiful. I only wish we would have gone out there earlier so that we could have spent more time at the park. I guarantee that all six of us would definately do this again on our next trip to Cozumel. Dan and his wife, Marianne loved their excursion. They were one of only two couples on the Trimaran, which made it a most memorable experience. Cozumel was a great trip and would have been better weather cooperating. We were not able to kayak or snorkle, but the guide compensated by extending the 4-wheeling trip and showing us Mayan ruins, incliding a brief history lesson at each historic site. My daughter and I enjoyed the day!
