Snorkel, kayak, munch and play in
the beautiful Acapulco Bay. This trip is the best of all worlds. You
will board this boat feeling the energy of excitement. The boat is
just the right size and design to allow those enjoying it to feel
ownership of this personal experience.
For the next four hours, you can take over this vessel. On the way
out, when the timing is just right, you will find yourselves with a
bird's eye view of the famous la Quebrada high cliff divers. The
location of your boat gives you an unbelievable view of the splash of
the divers as they enter the water from their high perch.
You will probably be chatting about that all the way to a hidden cove,
where you can snorkel and swim to your heart's delight. Kayaks will be
provided for your use, as well as a water trampoline. You will also
find water floats for some moments of mellow meditation.
Once you have worked up an appetite, you will join others on board for
a huge luncheon buffet. Expect to find fish filet, BBQ chicken, turkey
hot dogs, pasta salad, and assorted accompaniments. To wash this all
down, you will have a selection of beverages including sodas, juice,
beer, tequila sunrises and bottled water.
Now that you are satisfied, you can find your spot on deck, sit back,
and enjoy a coastal cruise back to town while listening to the wind
and some pleasant music.

See the highlights of this
wonderful city along with a few places not usually seen. Acapulco
sweeps around a dazzling bay and you will be able to appreciate it
right from the beginning of this tour, which will take you into the
hills that reign above the bay to catch the scenic view. It is
stunning, and its narrow roads are bordered with colorful scenes, both
new and old, as you travel. As you begin heading down into the urban
scene, you will find beautiful residential neighborhoods displaying
the sophisticated Mexican architecture that has become world famous.
Yet, entering the market area and the zocalo will bring you back to
the old days. The shady zocalo is worth a trip to experience a glimpse
of local life and color. At one end you will see the cathedral Nuestra
Senora de la Soledad, with its blue Byzantine towers.
As you leave this area, you will see the steamship dock on one side
and the 18th-century fort, Fuerte San Diego on the other side atop its
bayside hill, and then you enter the busy streets of Acapulco.
This tour will take you to some sights normally not included in a tour
of Acapulco. A drive by the famous home of Diego Rivera delivers a
breathtaking sight. A stop at the Hotel Los Flamingos will bring back
the memories of John Wayne, Johnny Weissmuller, and Rory Calhoun as
you see their photos lining the walls.
You will continue into Acapulco, which teems with commerce. As your
guide tells you all the history of this area, you will slowly see the
sign of the Chapel of Peace, a large white cross, reveal itself on top
of a hill in the distance.
A short visit to Chilapita, a little crafts market where the craftsmen
and women from the little town of Chilapa come to sell their wares to
the street vendors. You will able to watch these people create
beautiful wares that you can buy for amazing prices. Take a picture of
the artist to give when you deliver some of your prizes to friends at
home.
And it wouldn't be a visit to Acapulco without a stop to see the
famous Quebrada Cliff Divers. The ride up to the jump point is
dramatic in itself. You will arrive just in time to see a couple of
fearless young men dive into what seems to be an incredibly small spot
among the rocks. Afterwards, they will climb up to greet you and pose
for a photo with you. You can thank them with a tip, as they do risk
their lives without other compensation. |

We've seen these horses. They're
healthy and well groomed. The ride to the stables is lovely and will
take about 30 minutes. The beach where you will ride is a broad,
miles-long stretch of yellow-white sand. This area, called the Diamond
area, borders on the ocean waters which provides rolling waves into
shore, something you cannot find in Acapulco Bay. The beach is Playa
Revolcadero and it is home to some of the best hotels in the city.
Along this beach you will take a ride on one of the handsome animals
owned by this stable. You will have approximately 1 hour on your
horse. |

Hold on tight! We're going to
spin around and shoot through the mangroves. This tour has been
created to be a mixture of both eco-tourism and adventure using custom
designed boats that will whisk you through Acapulco's mangroves
canals. Some would call this a white-knuckle but we call it lots of
fun. These narrow canals of water between the mangroves are just
outside of downtown Acapulco, allowing you to see the city as you
travel to this tour.
As with all our tours, you will receive safety instructions and your
life jacket before boarding your boat. Each boat has a capacity of 9
pax, keeping this a small tour in spite of its popularity.
Not only will you learn about the eco-system in your travels through
the mangroves but you will enjoy a few thrilling twirls and spins on
the water. A speed of 40 miles per hour will end the tour with a
spinout designed to thrill. |

 Where
better to meet a sailfish face to face! This company has a variety of
well-maintained fishing boats of different sizes. They also have a
wonderful crew who love to fish. They will escort you to the best
waters in the area where they have found recent success. They go out
everyday so they will know where the sleeping fish are hiding.
The game is sailfish, tuna, and dorado, with an occasional rooster
fish. During good times, the boats average a big marlin or sailfish
apiece. It seems that the best months for sailfish are November,
December and January. Marlin are more likely in February and March.
But there are no rules, and you may be surprised with snook, snapper
or tuna any time of the year.
We will give you the option of purchasing a box lunch when you make
your booking. It will consist of several fresh fruits, yogurt,
pastries, sandwiches, chips, sort of breakfast and lunch together.

Wrecks, caves, reefs and exotic
fish - all within easy reach, whether you're a diver or snorkeler. A
dive with our shop in Acapulco will be much more than a dive
experience. This dive will take you to Isla Roqueta, a short boatride
away, where the water is clear and fish are plentiful.
On this dive, you will see lots of eagle rays and yellow tales. Rock
formations and caves are found under the surface as well. The boat
ride out will allow you to get another glimpse of the bay as you enter
open water. A personable crew will aid you as you ready yourself and
take the plunge.
