Our 40' high performance
powerboat will take you to places you didn't know existed! It will be with great
anticipation that you board this high performance cigarette boat.
It's capacity of 12 passengers still allows comfort, even if full.
It has a bathing platform as well as changing facilities and lots of
power, although the captain knows when to cruise instead.
That's what he will do when you start your trip. At about 5 miles
per hour, he will direct you over to the lovely island of Anguilla
so you can take in the colors of one of the most exclusive locations
in the Caribbean. After you take some pictures, he will take off and
bring you over to Prickly Pear, a spot that he has renamed "Home of
the Fish".
Here he will supply you with snorkel gear and give you ample time to
count the fish before you reboard. As you travel with the wind
blowing through your hair, you can enjoy some snacks as well as an
open bar to satisfy your thirst.
Your next stop is Sandy Island, another spot with pristine
snorkeling. Little Bay, which follows, not only offers snorkeling
but an interesting terrain with an 80' cliff and small caves and a
beach on shore. The captain will probably have to tear you away from
here but, hopefully, you will be hungry as your next destination is
Shoal Bay, where there are 4 or 5 restaurants for you to choose
from. Although your lunch is not included in the day, you will find
selections to meet every taste and budget.
Once you are satiated, reboarding again will be sad, as you will be
heading back to your starting spot. The captain, always interested
in showing off, will take you through Scrub |

Enjoy the quiet waters as you
paddle through nature.
On this tour, we use the
sit-on-top type kayaks, which offer exceptional stability and are
every easy to use. The open cockpit design allows even the
inexperienced paddler an easy entry and exit from the kayak.
Tour the largest salt water lagoon in the Antilles. Its rich waters
are a paradise where most marine species come to reproduce and start
their growth before returning to open sea.
After a short lesson in kayaking, you'll be ready to head out from
the lagoon dock for a paddle across the Simpson Bay Lagoon, the
largest in the Caribbean, where you will kayak along the quiet and
lush Bellevue mangroves. Keep an eye open for the rare Blue Herons
that nest in this area!
You'll then stop off at the deserted Explorer Island for a stretch,
a quick dip in the water and a refreshment on the sandy beach. Then
you'll head back to our headquarters, where a well-deserved cold
refreshment awaits.
Enjoy the quiet waters. |

An overview of the Dutch and
French sides of the island, with time at St. Martin's fabulous beach. Here's
a nice way to see a very nice island. Your driver will take you up
to the International Looking-Out Point as you move from the Dutch
side of the island to the French side. A tour through the interior
is truly the only way for anyone to see and understand the culture
and composition of the Caribbean.
The two sides of St. Martin are quite distinct. The French side is
developed on a smaller scale and really transmits the French
influence in language, food, and culture.
The Dutch side is more commercial and holds the large resorts,
casinos, and lots of fast food. St. Martin is the smallest island to
be shared by two countries and the border crossings are
inconspicuous.
A stop in the French capital city of Marigot will provide you with
time to stroll, shop and sample the French pastries.
Then you will head to the famous Orient Beach where you will have
time to enjoy the sun, the sand, and the surf. You will have your
own beach chair and umbrella so you can relax in comfort. Tell your
driver what time you would like to be picked up (just make sure you
don't miss your ship!!). |

But you're not here for

600 feet for a great birdseye view of Orient Bay. It's safe and
easy.

Ok. Now this is a real bike
ride! It's off road, hard and lots of fun.
Take a taxi to the
French city of Marigot. There you will meet your fellow riders. The
bikes are Fox Racing all terrain types with rugged Hard Rock front
suspension.
The group will ride to Belleview and St. Jean, which means up hills,
over rocks and slippery spots. It also means you will see great
typography and some interesting scenes.
New equipment will be supplied as well as our expert bicycler in
incredible shape. You, too, should be well-toned for this - it is a
difficult, intense ride.
The ride is about 2
hours long, just long enough to build up a good sweat. It ends in
Marigot. |

From the ship to the French
side... to a pretty beach and back. A moderate ride.
Grab an early taxi and
have the driver take you to the French city of Marigot. There,
you'll meet your riding buddies.
You'll be using a Fox Racing Bike - all terrain type. You'll be
pushed somewhat hard, so you better be in pretty good shape.
We start in French Marigot and ride up to the Friar's Bay Beach Cafe
and back. This is St. Martin's version of a country drive, taking
the road that leads inland to the hamlet of Colombier. This short,
pleasant side trip offers a glimpse of a rural lifestyle that has
long disappeared elsewhere on the island. The scenery along the way
is bucolic with stone fences, big mango trees, an old coconut-palm
plantation and hillside pastures.
This is not the hardest ride... and is about 2 hours in length,
counting the time that you're catching the rays, sitting on the
beach.
It will be a good ride.
You'll sweat a little. You'll feel real good afterwards. |
